Summer-culture 2016
The concert in Sennestadt-Eckardtsheim was on under the best sunshine. We played open air on a little stage at the well frequented summer-culture celebration for 40 minutes. Particularly some little visitors wanted music which comes off correctly. With Never leave the best, Sweet Home Alabama and I Love Rock’n Roll the youngest spectator group could be not quite taken to ecstasy. They seemed nevertheless to be satisfied with the gig ;-)
After this concert we could prepare ourselves for the autumn gigs. After all, the concert at dem Verler Leben and the MBX-Tour were on the agenda. :)
At this gig it was already clear to us that our singer Melissa would leave EJECT. A difficult cut, because the voice is always formative and she also got a lot of praise during our appearances. Nevertheless, we didn’t want to give up and had already thought a lot about it (it had been fixed for a while) and found a successor after a long search. We wanted to continue with Hannah. She was also a spectator at the Summer-culture Festival to listen to her new band.
But Melissa was still given a fitting farewell with a concert. In her homecity we played her farewell concert at dem Verler Leben.
